"Buyer Protection"

Every purchase on Port66 is covered by Buyer Protection. If the item you receive is materially different from its listing — wrong item, significantly misrepresented condition, or fails authentication — you are entitled to a full refund.

Funds are held in escrow until you confirm delivery and condition. You have 48 hours after delivery to raise a dispute before the escrow is released to the seller.

"Eligibility"

A return is eligible when: (1) the item is not as described — condition, authenticity, or specifications differ significantly from the listing; (2) the item fails our authentication review on arrival; or (3) the item is damaged in transit.

Returns are not accepted for: buyer's remorse, sizing issues that were listed accurately, or minor cosmetic variation consistent with the stated condition grade.

"The process"

01 → Open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery via your order page.

02 → Provide clear photographs of the item as received.

03 → Port66 reviews the dispute, typically within 24 hours.

04 → If approved, you ship the item back using a tracked, insured service. Port66 provides a return label.

05 → On receipt and condition verification, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

"Seller obligations"

Sellers must accurately represent the condition of every item. Deliberate misrepresentation results in immediate account suspension and full refund to the buyer.

Sellers bear responsibility for safe packaging. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging are the seller's liability.

"Crypto payments"

Purchases made via USDC or ETH on Base follow the same Buyer Protection policy. Refunds for crypto payments are issued in USDC at the exchange rate at time of original purchase.

On-chain transactions are immutable. Our escrow contract holds funds until dispute resolution — crypto is never sent directly to sellers until you confirm receipt.

"Fees"

Port66 charges 0% platform fee during our launch period. This policy will be updated with reasonable notice before any fee is introduced.

Return shipping costs are covered by Port66 when a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favour.

"Contact"

To open a dispute: navigate to your order and click "Open dispute" within 48 hours of delivery.
