Terms of Service
Updated June 2026
Acceptance
By using Port66 — the marketplace, the Global Grail Registry, or Port66 Exchange — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Port66. You are responsible for keeping your account and connected wallet secure, and for all activity that happens under them.
Signing in with a wallet authenticates you by cryptographic signature (Sign-In With Ethereum). Port66 never has access to your private keys and cannot recover a lost wallet.
Listings & transactions
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the condition, authenticity, and specifications of every item listed. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension and a refund to the buyer, per our Return Policy.
Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees, and to complete checkout in good faith once an offer is accepted.
Prohibited items & conduct
Counterfeit goods, stolen property, and items that violate applicable law may not be listed, registered, or exchanged on Port66. We may remove listings or registry entries and suspend accounts that violate this.
You agree not to manipulate listings, registry entries, or swap proposals, and not to use the platform to harass other users.
Payments & crypto
Payments may be made by card or by USDC on Base. Card payments include Buyer Protection as described in our Return Policy. USDC payments are direct wallet-to-wallet transfers and are final on blockchain confirmation — no escrow or dispute mechanism applies.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Port66 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, or for network fees charged by the underlying blockchain.
Registry & Exchange
Registering a passport writes a permanent, soulbound record to Base. Once anchored, a passport cannot be deleted, transferred outside the contract's rules, or altered — only new ownership events (purchase, swap, gift) can be added to its timeline.
Only passports with on-chain verified status are eligible to be offered through Exchange. Completing a swap immediately updates on-chain ownership; Port66 does not arrange or guarantee shipping between the two parties — that remains between you and the counterparty.
Registry status and Exchange match scores are informational. Port66 makes no representation about the authenticity, condition, or market value of any registered or exchanged item beyond what is stated in the listing or passport.
Disputes & returns
Marketplace purchases are covered by Buyer Protection as described in our Return Policy. Exchange swaps are direct agreements between two collectors and are not covered by Buyer Protection once both parties have accepted and the swap has settled on-chain.
Limitation of liability
Port66 is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Port66 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses related to blockchain network failures, smart contract behavior, or third-party wallet software.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Port66 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
